1. Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by the Saskatchewan Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription (not renewals), you may request a full refund by contacting us.
2. Marketplace Purchases
- Digital marketplace content is generally non-refundable once downloaded.
- If the purchased content is materially different from its description, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests for marketplace items must include the purchase ID and a description of the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email billing@dothatlikethis.com with subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include your account email, subscription or purchase ID, and reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
